In this blog, we will see the top 20 best companies with great benefits and remuneration
Salary alone is no longer enough to recruit and retain employees: offering many benefits is now a key factor! This is demonstrated by a study conducted by the economic research department of Glassdoor last February.
Company culture and values, career opportunities, and quality of management contribute the most to a company’s employee retention, but only if salary and benefits are adequate. To attract candidates, some employers, therefore, show imagination, and set up personal services, or offer massages, company cars, mobile phones, crèche at the office, and various reductions.
In the United States, many companies provide their employees with unusual benefits. Airbnb, for example, offers its employees an annual budget of $2,000 to travel and stay in selected Airbnb accommodations around the world. Facebook gives a $4,000 bonus called “Baby Cash” to employees who have just had a baby. But what about companies in France?
